AI partnerships for training providers

Add AI capability.
Keep your programme yours.

Bring specialist AI modules, trainers and practical delivery support into your existing offer—under a clearly agreed partnership model.

For training organisations, apprenticeship providers and learning teams that need additional AI expertise or capacity. Start with the gap in your programme, the learners you serve and the delivery responsibility you need us to take.

The delivery challenge

Grow the offer without losing control of quality.

AI demand can arrive faster than internal capability. A useful partner fills a defined gap, works within your operating model and makes responsibilities visible before delivery begins.

A specialist gap in the curriculum

You may have strong learner relationships and programme infrastructure but need deeper AI content for a specific module. We can discuss a bounded contribution that fits your existing journey.

The partner scope should be specific enough to review.

Demand beyond current capacity

A new cohort, employer request or timetable change can stretch the team. Add delivery capacity against agreed dates, prerequisites and class arrangements, subject to trainer availability.

Capacity is confirmed in writing for the actual programme.

Consistency across several trainers

Scaling needs more than slides. Agree the session plan, facilitator notes, examples, learner activities, evidence expectations and a route for resolving questions.

Shared materials and review points support consistent delivery.

What we can contribute

Choose the capability your programme needs.

Each option is tailored and contracted for the specific programme. This page does not promise availability, exclusivity, subcontract approval, funding eligibility or automatic acceptance by an awarding organisation.

01

Specialist AI modules

Add a defined module to an existing learning programme. Potential topics include generative AI foundations, prompt and task design, responsible use, AI-enabled workflows and practical evaluation.

  • Agree learning outcomes and prerequisite knowledge
  • Map the module into your learner journey
  • Confirm resources, delivery hours and review evidence
02

Associate trainer capacity

Discuss additional facilitation or teaching for a confirmed programme. We match the brief to available capability and clarify what the provider retains responsibility for.

  • Share the curriculum, dates, location and cohort profile
  • Agree onboarding, observation and reporting requirements
  • Confirm substitutions and escalation arrangements
03

Curriculum development support

Work with your subject team to shape practical AI activities and supporting materials. Start from the outcomes and assessment context rather than a particular tool.

  • Review the existing structure and known gap
  • Develop a scoped set of activities or resources
  • Agree ownership, reuse and change-control terms
04

Train-the-trainer development

Help facilitators build confidence with the proposed content before they deliver it. Practise examples, surface difficult questions and agree how to handle tool changes.

  • Use facilitator rehearsal and structured feedback
  • Discuss responsible use and learner boundaries
  • Provide only the support included in the agreed scope
05

Employer and apprenticeship workshops

Add a focused AI workshop to an employer programme or apprenticeship journey where it supports the agreed objectives. Any relationship with an awarding body, funder or employer remains the provider’s responsibility unless separately contracted.

  • Translate workplace tasks into safe learning activities
  • Keep confidential operational data out of exercises
  • Connect outputs to the provider’s review process

Discuss a delivery partnership

Illustrative collaboration scenarios

Make the partnership tangible before committing.

These examples show how an engagement could be structured. They are illustrative, not claims about existing clients, approved suppliers or previous subcontract delivery.

A missing responsible-AI module

A provider has an established digital programme but needs a focused session on checking outputs, handling sensitive information and documenting human review. The teams agree a two-session module and the provider’s assessment process.

Possible contribution: facilitator-led sessions, activities and an agreed evidence checklist.

Short-term delivery capacity

A planned cohort needs an additional trainer for several AI workflow sessions. The provider supplies the approved curriculum and learner arrangements; Advance AI prepares through the agreed onboarding and delivers within that brief.

Possible contribution: confirmed delivery dates, session reporting and escalation notes.

A new employer challenge

A provider wants to turn an employer’s general interest in AI into a safe learning exercise. Together, the teams define a fictionalised workflow, success criteria and review points.

Possible contribution: workshop design and co-facilitation without using confidential employer data.

A clear operating model

Define ownership before the first learner session.

A partnership works when both teams know who owns curriculum approval, learner support, quality assurance, data handling and the client relationship.

Provider responsibilities to confirm

Identify the contracting entity, learner eligibility, programme rules, attendance process, safeguarding arrangements, accessibility support, complaints route and any required trainer checks. Confirm who approves content and assessment decisions.

Advance AI responsibilities to agree

Document the specific modules, trainer role, preparation, resources, reporting and review meetings included. Name the operational contacts and the route for escalating delivery risks or requested changes.

Commercial and intellectual-property terms

Agree rates, payment milestones, cancellation terms, branding, resource ownership, permitted reuse and confidentiality. White-label or co-branded delivery is available only where explicitly agreed.

Quality and change control

Set a review point for materials and delivery readiness. Record changes to tools, dates, cohort assumptions or requirements so that neither team relies on an outdated brief.

Ways to work together

One module.
Extra delivery.
A longer partnership.

The right model depends on your programme maturity, internal capability and timescale. On-site, live online and blended delivery can be discussed, subject to scope and availability.

Guest specialist session

A focused contribution within a provider-led programme. The provider owns the wider learner journey; the session purpose and handover are agreed in advance.

Module delivery partner

Advance AI delivers a defined sequence against agreed outcomes, resources and reporting. The provider confirms how the module fits the complete programme.

Capacity partner

Discuss trainer support for specified dates or cohorts. Availability, onboarding and any substitution process are confirmed before commitment.

Curriculum and facilitator support

Co-create or adapt materials, rehearse delivery with your team and agree the limits of ongoing support and future updates.

Meet the team

Start with the brief

From capability gap to an agreed delivery plan.

A short, concrete brief helps both teams decide quickly whether the opportunity is a fit.

01 / Share the programme

Send the learner profile, outcomes, dates, location or delivery mode, cohort size, existing materials and any mandatory checks. Explain the specific gap you want a partner to cover.

We identify the information still needed for a responsible decision.

02 / Shape the contribution

Review the proposed role, materials, trainer profile, governance, reporting, commercial terms and handover. Record dependencies and assumptions before dates are confirmed.

Both teams can see what is included and who owns each decision.

03 / Deliver and review

Use agreed check-ins, attendance or delivery evidence, feedback and issue escalation. Review the work against the agreed brief before extending the partnership.

A next step follows evidence from the actual engagement.

Plan the next step

A partnership route with clear stages.

Start with the delivery gap

Tell us whether you need introductory AI literacy, professional modules, a trainer, a coach or technical input. Agree the learners' starting point and the capability your existing team already provides. Specialist availability and suitability must be confirmed against the brief.

Scope one useful engagement

A privately commissioned workshop or module can be discussed on its own merits, with delivery, pricing, content rights, branding and quality review agreed first. Co-branded or partner-led delivery requires an explicit arrangement; it is not an existing entitlement.

Check any formal pathway separately

If you are exploring a regulated qualification or funded programme, identify the lead provider, awarding route and approvals required. Curriculum development and course endorsement should not be presented as proof of funding eligibility. We can discuss the work needed without advertising an unconfirmed status.

Bring your proposed cohort, delivery timetable, learner-support model and evidence requirements. The workforce partnerships page sets out a useful starting brief for commissioners and lead providers.

Your questions

Practical details before we talk.

Use the first call to test fit. A formal commitment follows only after scope, availability and terms are agreed.

Can you deliver under our brand?

White-label, co-branded or Advance AI-branded delivery can be discussed. Branding, learner communications, ownership of materials and the presenter relationship must be explicitly agreed in the contract.

Can you provide trainers at short notice?

Share the dates, delivery mode, curriculum and required checks. We will confirm whether suitable capacity is available. This page is not a standing guarantee of trainer availability.

Can you align with our existing curriculum?

Yes, we can review the intended outcomes and materials to propose a bounded contribution. Your organisation retains responsibility for programme approval and any requirements imposed by an awarding body, funder or regulator unless the contract states otherwise.

Do you support apprenticeship delivery?

We can discuss workshops or modules that fit an apprenticeship journey. The lead provider remains responsible for funding rules, off-the-job training calculations, learner evidence and compliance unless a formal agreement assigns a specific responsibility.

Who owns the training materials?

That depends on the engagement. Existing materials, newly commissioned materials, reuse rights, editing rights and facilitator access should be recorded in the commercial agreement before development begins.

How do you assure delivery quality?

Agree learning outcomes, trainer onboarding, material review, observation or feedback requirements, reporting and escalation. The quality process should be proportionate to the contribution and compatible with your own system.

Can you help us bid for a programme?

We can discuss a clearly bounded contribution to a proposal. Any named role, pricing, availability, credentials or delivery commitment must be approved in writing before submission. This page itself is not permission to include Advance AI in a bid.

Are you already approved by funders or awarding bodies?

No approval, accreditation, framework place, funded-provider status or awarding-body relationship is claimed on this page. Any required status must be checked and confirmed for the specific opportunity.

What information should we send first?

Send the audience, outcomes, expected dates, delivery mode, cohort size, existing curriculum, required checks and the decision deadline. Avoid sharing learner personal data or confidential client documents at the enquiry stage.

How is pricing agreed?

Pricing depends on preparation, specialist content, delivery hours, travel, materials, reporting and programme risk. After reviewing the brief, we can propose a scope and commercial basis for your decision.
