The learning challenge

Knowing how to use a tool is only the beginning.

A useful AI programme gives learners the confidence to experiment and the judgement to know when to pause, check or ask a person.

01 / CONFIDENCE

Move beyond the blank prompt.

Students need a way to describe a problem, give useful context and improve an answer. We make that process visible through guided practice and discussion.

02 / JUDGEMENT

Make checking part of creating.

A fluent answer can still be misleading. Learners practise spotting unsupported statements, comparing sources and explaining what they would verify.

03 / OPPORTUNITY

Connect learning to future work.

Explore how AI can support everyday tasks across different roles, while developing communication, critical thinking and problem-solving skills that remain useful beyond any one tool.

What we can deliver

A programme shaped around your learners.

Start with a focused session or combine modules into a longer learning journey. We agree the age group, starting point, intended outcomes and tool access with you before delivery.

01

AI foundations for students

An approachable introduction to generative AI: how to ask useful questions, test the response and use it to support learning.

  • Understand capabilities and limitations
  • Improve a prompt through iteration
  • Explain where human judgement is needed
02

Responsible AI in practice

Work through familiar choices around personal information, misleading content, bias and honest attribution.

  • Recognise information that should stay private
  • Challenge a plausible but unreliable answer
  • Discuss appropriate use within school rules
03

Careers & future skills

Connect AI to real tasks in a range of careers. Help learners talk about their interests, transferable skills and the questions worth asking employers.

  • Explore tasks rather than job-title predictions
  • Identify the human skills behind a workflow
  • Practise explaining a project and its limits
04

Creative problem-solving projects

Apply the learning to an agreed brief, from communicating an idea to planning a small community project.

  • Develop, compare and refine ideas
  • Keep a record of choices and checks
  • Present a useful output with a reflection
05

Teacher & careers-team sessions

Build staff confidence through examples relevant to planning, feedback preparation, careers conversations and the questions students may bring.

  • Explore workflows with synthetic examples
  • Discuss appropriate boundaries and review
  • Plan a manageable first step for your team

Have an existing careers programme or enrichment week? We can help shape an AI session around it.

Discuss your programme

Inside a workshop

Make the learning tangible.

These are illustrative activities we can adapt with you, rather than claims about previous school projects.

The confident wrong answer

Learners compare an AI response with a small set of source materials. They identify what is supported, what is uncertain and what needs further checking.

Takeaway: a simple verification checklist and a better way to communicate uncertainty.

A community idea, developed

Groups use a fictional brief to plan an activity for their local community. They improve the brief, compare suggestions and make their own final decisions.

Takeaway: a short proposal showing the team's thinking, not just the tool's output.

A career task, reimagined

Explore how someone in a chosen profession might use AI to prepare a draft or organise information, then identify the judgement and review still needed.

Takeaway: a practical explanation of how technology and human skills can work together.

Responsible by design

Build confidence.
Keep clear boundaries.

The activity, age group and school context come first. We agree the practical arrangements with your nominated staff before a session is confirmed.

Talk through your requirements

Agree tool access in advance

Check age restrictions, accounts, device access and school approval. Facilitator-led demonstrations or prepared examples can be discussed where individual accounts are unsuitable.

Use fictional or approved material

Activities can use synthetic scenarios. Students should not enter personal, confidential or sensitive information into a tool as part of an exercise.

Keep learning and attribution visible

Students explain their choices, identify AI assistance and follow your school's expectations for independent work.

Confirm delivery arrangements together

Discuss staff supervision, accessibility, safeguarding requirements and trainer checks before booking. Any required assurances must be confirmed for the specific delivery.

Flexible delivery

One school.
A network.
A longer journey.

We work with your team to find a format that fits the timetable and learning goals. On-site, live online and blended options can be discussed, subject to scope and availability.

There is no one-size-fits-all package. Share the age range, approximate group size, location and preferred dates so we can suggest a suitable approach.

Introductory workshop

A focused starting point for an enrichment day, careers event or introduction to responsible AI.

Project-based series

A sequence of sessions that moves from foundations to a practical project, review and learner reflection.

Teacher development

A staff session tailored to starting confidence, subject context and the workflows your team wants to explore.

Careers-hub or network programme

Coordinate a shared core programme across settings, with local adaptations and agreed feedback for partner teams.

Meet the team

A clear starting point

From first conversation
to a useful learning experience.

01 / DISCOVER

Tell us about your learners.

Bring your goals, age range, group size, access needs and existing plans. You do not need a finished brief to start the conversation.

02 / SHAPE

Agree the programme.

We propose outcomes, activities, delivery format and practical requirements, with scope and pricing agreed before any commitment.

03 / DELIVER & REFLECT

Learn, practise and review.

Agree how to gather feedback and check understanding. The next step might be a follow-on project, a staff session or simply applying the learning.

Your questions

Useful details before we talk.

Which age groups is this suitable for?

We agree suitability with you for the specific group, learning goals and tools. Tell us the students' ages and starting point. We will propose appropriate activities and explain any account or access restrictions before confirming a session.

Do students need coding experience or paid AI accounts?

Introductory sessions can be designed without coding. Tool and account requirements depend on the programme. We can discuss facilitator demonstrations and prepared examples where learner accounts are not appropriate.

Can the workshop fit our careers or enrichment programme?

Yes, that is a useful starting point for planning. Share your existing programme and the outcomes you need, and we can discuss a focused workshop or a sequence of activities that fits.

Can teachers take part too?

We can include a teacher briefing, a separate staff development session or a discussion with careers and curriculum teams. The final format will depend on your objectives and available time.

How do you approach safeguarding and accessibility?

We discuss supervision, your safeguarding arrangements, accessibility requirements and any required trainer checks before delivery is agreed. Please raise specific requirements early so that the team can confirm what can be provided.

Is this accredited or funded?

This page describes a tailored workshop and programme offer. It does not promise accreditation, a regulated qualification or access to public funding. Any certificate, partner requirement or funded route must be confirmed separately for the specific programme.

What does a programme cost?

Pricing depends on the group size, format, location, number of sessions and preparation required. Book a free introductory conversation or request an outline. We will agree the scope and price before you decide.

Can we start with a small pilot?

We can discuss a focused first session with clear learning goals and a review afterwards. Tell us what you would like to test, so the proposed pilot is useful on its own and informs any next step.
